(“Portfolio Information.”). As described more fully below, the Service includes settings to control which (if any)
of the Portfolio Information you submit on behalf of your company is available to other users. We never share your Portfolio Information
with other Service users (except users who also represent your company) unless you choose settings within the Service that enable such sharing.
You should not submit Portfolio Information on behalf of your company unless you are authorized to do so.
Information We Collect As You Use Our Site. We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with our Site.
We use “cookies” and obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses the Site,
such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer, information about your browser software and operating system,

Third Party Service Providers. We rely on some third party service providers to assist us in operating the Site.
For example, we may use third parties to host our Site, send email messages on our behalf, or process payments.
When we provide your (or your company’s) information to these third party service providers, they will possess it for only a limited time,

Portfolio Information. You can view and modify your Portfolio Information at any time via the Service.
Personal Information. You can view and modify your personal and contact information at any time via your account settings in the Service.
We take reasonable precautions to maintain the security and integrity of your personal information and Portfolio Information,
including storage of your information on a secure server behind a firewall.
